When you join The CPOA, you will have access to:

• Helpful property owner resources 
• A message board to post questions and share information with fellow CPOA members 
• Newsletters and eblasts that inform you about activities, events, policy changes, etc. on the grounds as well as ‘behind the scenes’ matters
• Discussion groups for Condominium Association Owners (CCA) and Property Owners Who Rent (POWR)
• Speakers and events that will enhance your CHQ experience 

As a CPOA member, you will receive regular emails informing you of CPOA events, Class B Trustee information, and Institution information which may be of use to you as a property owner.

We offer three ways to pay to become a CPOA Member. 

When going through the sign-up process, please enter your Chautauqua address as your primary address.

1. Pay by credit card with auto-renew

The benefit of this option is that your membership will auto-renew (one less thing for you to have to remember). You can cancel at any time by editing your member profile.  

2. Pay by credit card for an annual membership

Select this option to become a CPOA member for one year. At the end of the year, you will be sent a reminder to pay again for the following year. 

3. Pay by check for annual membership 

Select this option to pay by check. Please make your check payable to the CPOA for $30 and mail it to:

Please make sure to include your winter address and your Chautauqua address when sending a check.

NOTE: If you are paying by check, you will be able to set up your account, but you won't be able to log in until we receive your check and activate your account.

One name/email per account: 

Please note that each membership is for a single person and single email address. If you wish for our communications to be sent to more than one email address, please purchase an additional membership.
